With personalized guidance, regular check-ins, and support, you will have everything you need to stay motivated and on track — no matter where you are in the world or in your fitness journey. With a variety of program lengths to chose from, these programs are perfect for women of all ages, in varying stages of their life.

The name "Vive" is inspired by the French word for "to live," embodying my belief that fitness is about fully embracing life. I take a holistic approach to fitness that honours individual needs, aligns with the body’s natural rhythms, and celebrates progress in every form. My mission is to empower women to feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies. I guide women toward achieving their dream physique while cultivating a positive mindset and promoting a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. My goal is to help women recognize and embrace their unique strengths, overcome challenges, foster a deep appreciation for what their bodies are capable of, and truly live their fullest lives.
